The staff at Oaken Holt do not believe on resting on their laurels as far as standards are concerned as Caring Homes operates it's own Quality Assurance system and regular audits and the Company constantly monitors the outcomes. All parts of the
care complex are registered and inspected by the CQC and reports may be
requested or obtained on line; the Company endeavours, at all times, to exceed
the standards and regulations set down in the Care Standards Act and whilst we believe
that this is a useful audit process for easily measurable administrative issues
we have never felt that the true ambience and the dedication to the provision
of a high standard of personal service and care can be measured in this way; it
is only by visiting can you observe and witness this personally.
Dining Experience
Our Chefs enjoy meeting and discussing residents personal tastes and preferences in food and in consequence dishes are appealing and mouthwatering.
Activities
Oaken Holt employs are two full time activity co-ordinators and a variety of entertainers visit on a regular basis with musical afternoons proving to be particularly popular.
