Care staff are on duty twenty four hours per day and are specially trained in the provision of discreet and respectful support, assistance and the promotion of independence and emotional well being.
The problems and fears of aging are varied and complex and looking for suitable care for yourself, a friend or loved one can be a difficult and confusing process. To enter an environment that provides support and assisted living is, for many, an admittance that they can no longer cope for themselves. Situated in the grounds of the estate formerly owned by Lord Abingdon. It commands magnificent views of the Oxfordshire countryside with the centre of Oxford only three miles away.
Our staff are chosen very carefully for their thoughtful and caring qualities and undergo training not only in physical care, but in the philosophies and policies of Oaken Holt.

Oaken Holt Coach House
Studio apartment style accommodation providing care to the less dependant resident, all meals, cleaning, laundry, and care is supplied, emergency night care is available from the carer on duty on an on call basis.
Residential & Nursing Care
Oaken Holt House
Care and accommodation in varying sized rooms and suites for the resident who requires a greater degree of support than available in the Coach House but does not provide nursing care.
Oaken Holt Nursing Wing
Full nursing care is provided, accommodation comprises large and small single rooms
All meals, cleaning, laundry, and care is provided on a twenty four hour basis.
